Gravitas HR Receives Funding For Digital Development From Northamptonshire County Council and NEP

We are delighted to announce that we have secured financial investment from Northamptonshire County Council (in conjunction with Northamptonshire Enterprise Partnership) in the most recent round of INV-ENT funding. The matched funding will support Gravitas HR in creating a new CRM system and developing an online HR management product.

Sajeeda Rose, Chief Operating Officer, Northamptonshire Enterprise Partnership (NEP), said: “NEP is pleased to be able to support Gravitas HR Solutions with its digital and business growth. The company was recently successful in their application to receive grant funding from the INV-ENT DIGITAL programme which is jointly delivered by Northamptonshire County Council and NEP.  We wish them every success.”

Director, Karen Teago said: “We invested in a new website in 2014 which has whetted our appetite for harnessing the power of digital to grow our business.  The funding from INV-ENT enables us to accelerate our digital development and take on our first permanent employee to support that process”

Former legal secretary, Liz Vara, joined Gravitas HR permanently on 1st April 2015 as CRM and Marketing Assistant.  She said: “I am so pleased to be joining Gravitas HR at the beginning of this exciting phase of the company’s development.  I’m looking forward to learning the ropes of the new systems and supporting the Directors with the next stage of the businesses growth.”

Director, Dawn Exley said: “We are delighted to have been able to offer Liz a permanent position with Gravitas HR.  The projects and training funded by the INV-ENT programme will develop Liz’s digital skills and add enormous value to our business.”

The company’s founder and Director, Mark Exley added: “As we have doubled our client base in the last 12 months, it is imperative that we have a bespoke CRM system to help us meet our clients’ needs. In addition the online HR management product will allow us to expand our service offering and add significant value to our clients”.
